Focused on assisting conversations around successful assumptions, this service includes helping you hunt from the list, sharing marketing strategies, providing content for introductory conversations, and consulting with home owners who have expressed interest. All services propose the goal of progression for both seller and buyer through the 5th step of the assumption process. Purchasers must show engagement and give effort to produce assumption results during this time period. This service is normally scheduled within 7 days of purchase. Our promissory 60 days will not begin till the initial discussion is held. There are no refunds for this service.

60 Additional Days Of Assistance.
This means you have already completed our initial 60 minute consultation, purchased and reviewed a deluxe custom data list, and now want additional help connecting with homeowners to begin the assumption process. If you do not have a list yet, please schedule a consult. If you do have our list: Congratulations on making it to the 3rd Stage (C) of our Consult and Facilitation.
To graduate to this point you have a great understanding of what is ahead. While we introduce marketing strategies to help you reach and convince homeowners on your list to complete the assumption process, we are not licensed to to sell realestate, we cannot guarantee an assumption, we are not financial advisors, we are not allowed to view the assumption package, and understand homeowners may not know or want to know anything about their assumable mortgage.
