This is our full service package which includes all of the services available in our directory for buyers. Our team will consult with you, locate and present a list of assumable property options based on your desired criteria, and finally coordinate the first 5 of 8 easy steps of the assumption process with you. Each step of the Assumable Facilitation Service requires your permission and normally takes 60 days. Buyers must start with our 60 minute consultation to begin the process. There are three seperate expenses transacted to complete our services.

Overall there are 3 stages to our facilitation service. It is billed in 3 stages to give our customers control over advancing through each stage.
